I am so excited to finally be sharing Megan and Julian’s wedding in Big Sur. Not sure how it happened but they got married in May and all of a sudden it’s almost November! In any case, their celebration was incredible and too epic to share in just one post, so I’m going to break it up into two parts.
For most weddings, I have about 30 minutes to photograph just the bride and groom. It’s definitely doable but, in this case, we worked it out to have an entire hour which was a total dream. We started off in the woods close to their wedding venue, a private residence near the famous Bixby Bridge, and then made our way out to the coast as the sun was going down. In the true sense of the words, it was a magic hour.
