This blog post comes to you from up in the air where I am en route to Chicago for some serious photo fun! I thought it would be a good time to share the final family session from my last photo adventure to Portland, OR in August.
Being a photographer in LA is great… fantastic weather throughout the year, so many beautiful options for locations and great people! But, there’s is something about working in another part of the country, so beautiful and so different in it’s own way, that is so inspiring as a photographer. My mother-daughter shoot with Shay and her sweet little girl, Rafaela, on the magical Sauvie Island was just that. I have been wanting to do a photo session here for years and when it finally happened, it left me feel so satisfied and happy. It was a good feeling!
