Malibu Beach Wedding | Hilary + Ashish

Who doesn’t love a beach wedding at sunset in Malibu, right?  Hilary and Ashish’s wedding was no exception.  They chose the appropriately-named Sunset Restaurant and the ceremony was perfectly timed, thanks to the restaurant’s event staff, for the last hour of daylight aka “the golden hour.”  It was pretty special.  Making it extra special was the fact that Ashish is from India and most of his family flew out from Bombay to attend.  And, Hilary and Ashish incorporated some great Indian wedding traditions including using flower garlands instead of rings and Hilary and her bridesmaids had henna painted on their hands and feet the day before.  As a photographer, I love these little details that make a wedding unique and personal.  They make for great images.

Hilary and Ashish – Thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your beautiful wedding!  It was a blast!
